Appointed in February 1992 by the Governor of Missouri to finish an unexpired term,
I have continued to serve the disabled, incapacitated and estates of deceased citizens of
Barton County for over 17 years.
Currently I hold the office as President of the Missouri Public Administrators Association (MAPA) and certified as a National Certified Guardian by the Center for Guardianship Certification and a member of NGA-National Guardianship Association.
I am also a member of DAR-Daughters of the American Revolution, a member of the Moorehead Cemetery board, served several terms as the treasurer of the board for Diverse Options-an agency providing supported employment for disabled workers, a member of NAMI-National Alliance for the Mentally Ill, a member of the Barton Co Federated Republican Women & Men Associates, past board member of the Spiva Art Center and the Barton Co Art League.
My roots in Barton County are deep and my pride and commitment in my community even deeper.
